Payroll Journals - Overview

BrightPay's payroll journal feature allows users to create wages journals from the finalised payslips for upload into specific accounting softwares.

BrightPay currently supports the CSV formats for three accounting software providers. These are:

Quickbooks (Desktop version)
Sage Accounts
Xero

BrightPay also offers API integration with the following accounts packages:

BrightBooks
Quickbooks (Online)
Sage Business Cloud Accounting
Xero

A 'generic' journal option is also available for users to create their own journal, as required.
