Understanding PAYE Modernisation - what we have learned in 2019

The introduction of PAYE Modernisation in January 2019 changed the way employers submit payroll information to Revenue. PAYE Modernisation has brought with it new and more stringent rules around when and how often we send payroll data to Revenue. All employers, regardless of size, have to comply with the new real time reporting system.

This webinar has been designed specifically for employers. If you are a payroll bureau, please see our PAYE Modernisation Webinars for Payroll Bureaus.

Understanding PAYE Modernisation - what we have learned in 2019

Almost one year later, Paul Byrne looks back at the story so far and decides whether or not PAYE Modernisation has been a success. In the webinar, Paul will also review some of the most common mistakes employers have made to date and what employers should expect in 2020.

Paul Byrne is the Managing Director of Thesaurus Software - the creators of BrightPay payroll software. Last year, BrightPay won ‘Payroll Software of the Year’ at AccountingWEB’s Software Excellence Awards. BrightPay also has a five star rating, a 99% customer satisfaction rate and is used to process the payroll for over 200,000 businesses across Ireland and the UK.

As part of this webinar, we’ll take a closer look at BrightPay Connect and how important it is to backup your payroll data for PAYE Modernisation. Tim will take you on a whistle stop tour revealing the hidden benefits of our self-service employee app and explain how BrightPay Connect’s cloud platforms can supercharging your payroll processes.
Please note all BrightPay & Thesaurus customers received a free 2019 Connect licence.
